These terms govern your use of Company Brain, operated by Artificial Agent LLC. By creating an account, joining a workspace or connecting an assistant, you agree to them. Questions: support@agentui.ai.
The service
Company Brain is a shared knowledge base for teams, available through a web app and an MCP server that AI assistants (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, VS Code and others) can connect to, to search, read and add the team's knowledge.
Workspaces and members
The person who creates a workspace is its owner and acts for the company. Owners and admins invite and remove members and are responsible for who has access. Each member is responsible for activity under their account and for the assistants they connect.
Your content
The company keeps all rights to its content and grants us only the permission needed to store, index and deliver it to its members and their assistants. You must have the right to upload what you add, including any personal data about third parties in call transcripts or documents, and to share it with your team.
Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful content or malware, do not use the Service to attack, overload or reverse-engineer it, and do not try to access other workspaces.
Plans and billing
The Free plan includes up to 3 people and 1 GB of files. The Team plan costs $10 per member (seat) per month, billed in advance through Stripe, with 10 GB of file storage and 5 GB of file downloads per seat per month, shared across the workspace. Seats follow the number of members; adding or removing people adjusts the subscription with prorated charges or credits. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; cancelling stops future charges and the current period is not refunded.
Availability and liability
The Service is provided as is. We work to keep it available and secure but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts paid to us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms with notice to workspace owners. You may stop using the Service at any time; we may suspend accounts that break these terms. After a workspace is closed its content is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
